Aims & Objectives
The Ghana Chieftaincy Awards seeks to honor and celebrate Chiefs and Queen mothers who have excelled in facilitating development in their jurisdictions and fostering national unity.
The Awards show, also seeks to showcase the best of Ghanaian tradition regarding integrity, best practice, and unwavering commitments to our people.
Elements of the Awards Categories
All categories will be judged based on development and social impact as follows:
Honoring traditional leaders who exemplify visionary leadership, good governance, and community empowerment.
Recognizing efforts in preserving natural resources and promoting eco-friendly practices in communities.
Awarding chiefs and queen mothers championing local enterprise development and job creation.
Celebrating creative initiatives and modern solutions that enhance traditional leadership and community growth.
Recognizing contributions to transforming agriculture through value addition, technology, and rural development.
Honoring leaders who promote public health, sanitation, and access to healthcare in their jurisdictions.
Acknowledging efforts in improving literacy, school enrollment, and support for educational infrastructure.
Celebrating leaders who foster connections and collaboration between local communities and the diaspora.
